Vayu guides one clean breath cycle from the corner of your screen. Three seconds in, two held, a long release. For the minute between meetings, before the hard email, after the call that went sideways.

There is no account to create. The first time Vayu opens it asks for the email you used with Vayu Labs and sends you a short code.
Drag Vayu into Applications
Open the downloaded Vayu.dmg. A window appears with Vayu and your Applications folder. Drag one onto the other, then close the window.
Open it once, then look up
Open Vayu from Applications. Nothing pops up in the Dock: it lives in your menu bar as a small ring. Click the ring any time, or press ⌘ ⇧ B.
Enter your email, then the code
Type the email you registered with. A six‑digit code arrives within a minute. That is the only time Vayu asks.
Small on purpose.

Four breaths, plus yours
Pick a breath and how many rounds, press play. Add your own cadences in settings.
Six looks, one fullscreen
Eclipse, Flow, Zen, Aurora, Ember, Glass. Expand to a full‑screen orb when you want the room to disappear. Optional sound cues, matched to each look.
Private by construction
Sessions and your one‑tap rating stay in a text file on your Mac. Nothing is sent anywhere. Updates arrive on their own.
Questions people ask.
I opened it and nothing happened.
Look at the top right of your screen for a small ring. If you use Bartender or a similar menu‑bar tool, the ring starts in its hidden section; drag it out once.
It says my email isn't on the list.
Use the address you registered with for the workshop or cohort. If it still fails, write to ian@vayulabs.com and we'll add you.
Does it need an internet connection?
Only for the first unlock and a quick check for updates. Breathing works anywhere.
Something is off.
Settings › Report a problem opens an email with the details already filled in. We read every one.
